Be aware that when choosing your supplier, ‘third party validation’ could be an important part of your customer’s requirements.

Your validation will be completed by our team of friendly specialists who have plenty of thermal validation experience. We are the choice of over 150 different food brands for the validation of thousands of products.
Best measuring equipment and traceable calibration records
We work with the instrumentation supplier Ellab Ltd, meaning we have an ample number of very top quality loggers available for every test. This ensures that 1) the logger numbers used in each test comply with guidelines, and we can perform validation testing faster than suppliers with a smaller number of loggers, and 2) the loggers give highly accurate and consistent performance with 0.01˚C resolution and +/- 0.05˚C accuracy allowing us to confidently detect very small temperature difference. All loggers used in the validation are regularly maintained and calibrated by Ellab, to ensure their best performance.
Competitive price and long-term relationship
In life, you get what you pay for. Our price is competitive, and we can guarantee a price match if you can find a cheaper supplier who delivers similar quality of validation and training. We work hard to plan validation at the minimum cost possible, and if the work can be completed quicker than originally quoted, only the genuine working time will be invoiced. Our aim is to offer the best cost-effective solution to our customers and develop a long-term working relationship, so that our customers do not repeatedly have to go through supplier approval.
Flexibility and swift report turnaround time
We understand the time constraints and pressures before launching a product, or the delays in machine commissioning. Thus, where possible, we provide maximum time flexibility to help with validation testing. Our average report turnaround time is 4 working days, and faster is possible if agreed in advance.

From the very first communication, all information you provided will be treated as confidential (including your name/company/products/processes etc) and will not be disclosed under any circumstances without your permission.
Excellent traceability of historical data and reports
We store copies of data and reports for all our customers. This is useful, because if the data/report is lost by our customer, we can still provide the original copy even if the validation was completed beyond recent memory!
